These days you may have experienced email rebounding or received no reply from our colleagues. You may also try to call us or fax to us but seemed that there is no service. As reported by our Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Hong Kong SAR Government, the recent earthquake in Taiwan has damaged some international submarine cables, thus causing network congestion as well as connectivity problem for Internet access. We could not receive and send both email and phone calls at this moment. According to the news from Hong Kong SAR government, this problem will last for 5 days to several weeks. The cable problem also affects other local companies, universities and organizations as well as the communication services of some other major ISPs here in Hong Kong.
Right now the submarine cable provider is working on emergency repair. Please kindly keep sending us email and making phone calls to us. If you could not receive our reply, please kindly be patient and wait for our replies.
